1. Introduction Welcome to the PrimeTips.bet website! The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to govern the terms of use of the PrimeTips.bet website (hereinafter: Service). By using the website, you accept the provisions contained in these GTC. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Scope of Users A User is any visitor who accesses or uses the PrimeTips.bet website or its related Telegram channels. The use of the Service is permitted only for individuals aged 18 or over.

3. Description of the Service PrimeTips.bet is a membership-based service that provides premium-quality sports betting analyses and tips. The tips are for informational and analytical purposes only and do not guarantee financial gain.

4. Registration and Membership Registration is required to use the Service. Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

4.1. Email Verification After registration, the system sends a verification link to the User’s email address. This verification link does not expire. The User will be unable to log in to their user account (dashboard) until their email address has been confirmed via the link provided.

4.2. Sponsor Assignment On the registration form, the User has the option to manually enter the username of an existing member as their “sponsor.” If the provided sponsor username is valid and exists in the system, the registering User will be assigned to them. This manual entry takes precedence over any previously used referral link. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any damages arising from incorrect or failed assignments. If a User believes their assignment is incorrect, they may request a change of sponsor in writing, with justification. The Service Provider will review the request within 72 hours but reserves the right to reject the request without providing a reason.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment The Service operates on a subscription basis, with packages including but not limited to: Core, Edge, Success, 3in1, and PrimeX. All subscriptions are for a one-month period and renew automatically unless cancelled by the User. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Current package prices are displayed in the User’s account area (“data sheet”) and on the surfaces presenting the packages. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal and any right to a refund. Consequently, all subscription fees paid are non-refundable. Fees are denominated in Euros (€).

6. Affiliate Program and Partner Ranks The Service operates a multi-tier affiliate program. Commission rates and available benefits depend on the partner rank achieved by the User, which is determined by their total cumulative commissions earned.

6.1. Prime Affiliate (Default Rank)

• Commissions:

  • Direct Commission (Level 0): 10% from every direct subscriber’s payment.

  • MLM Structure: 40% of the referral’s direct commission (Level 1), 20% (Level 2), and 5% (Level 3).

6.2. Prime VIP

• Promotion Criteria: Earn a total of €1,000 in cumulative commissions.

• Commissions:

  • Direct Commission (Level 0): 15% from every direct subscriber’s payment.

  • MLM Structure: 60% of the referral’s direct commission (Level 1), 30% (Level 2), and 20% (Level 3).

6.3. Prime Elite

• Promotion Criteria: Earn a total of €7,000 in cumulative commissions.

• Benefits: A custom referral slug, advanced statistics, and premium marketing tools (Canva Pro, ChatGPT Pro), which can be requested via email.

• Commissions:

  • Direct Commission (Level 0): 15% from every direct subscriber’s payment.

  • MLM Structure: 80% of the referral’s direct commission (Level 1), 60% (Level 2), and 30% (Level 3).

6.4. Bonus Ranks (Prime 25,000, 50,000, 100,000) After reaching the Prime Elite rank, Users can earn additional one-time bonuses by achieving the following milestones. The commission structure (direct and MLM) for these ranks is identical to the Prime Elite rank.

• Prime 25,000:

  • Criteria: Earn €25,000 in total cumulative commissions.

  • Reward: A one-time bonus payment of €2,500.

• Prime 50,000:

  • Criteria: Earn €50,000 in total cumulative commissions.

  • Reward: A one-time bonus payment of €5,000.

• Prime 100,000:

  • Criteria: Earn €100,000 in total cumulative commissions.

  • Reward: A one-time bonus payment of €10,000.

7. Commission Eligibility and Payout Commissions are paid out once a week, on weekends, to Users who meet the payout conditions. The condition for payout is reaching the minimum threshold of €70. Further conditions include: maintaining an active subscription, completing the declaration on the profile data sheet, and submitting required tax documents (e.g., W-8 form).

8. Account Deletion The User may request the complete deletion of their account in writing, which we will fulfill within a maximum of 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability PrimeTips.bet shall not be held liable for the outcomes of bets placed based on the tips received. The Service is not a gambling service.

10. Prohibited Activities Any unlawful or misleading activity that could jeopardize the reputation of PrimeTips.bet is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property All content on the website is the property of PrimeTips.bet; its copying or distribution is prohibited.

12. Communication, Promotions, and Sales Users agree to receive promotional messages. The Service Provider may provide information regarding current promotions, sales, and discounts on its various platforms, including but not limited to the website, email, or official Telegram channels.

13. Data Protection Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

14. Final Provisions PrimeTips.bet reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC and will notify members of any amendments via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments. These GTC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming for the resolution of any legal disputes. By accepting these GTC, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all its points.
