1. Introduction Welcome to the PrimeTips.bet website! The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) is to govern the terms of use of the PrimeTips.bet website (hereinafter: Service). By using the website, you accept the provisions contained in these GTC. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website. 2. Scope of Users A User is any visitor who accesses or uses the PrimeTips.bet website or its related Telegram channels, regardless of whether they use free or paid services. The use of the Service is permitted only for individuals aged 18 or over.

3. Description of the Service PrimeTips.bet is a membership-based service that provides premium-quality sports betting analyses and tips to its members. Membership is the basis for using the service; tips are provided exclusively based on a membership status. The tips are for informational and analytical purposes only and do not guarantee financial gain.

4. Registration and Membership Registration is required to use the Service. Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Membership is personal and non-transferable to third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Payment PrimeTips.bet operates on a subscription basis. The subscription period is 30 days. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. The subscription can be cancelled at any time within the user account. However, it will remain active until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be deducted. 

You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and provision of the Service (access to tips and analyses) upon the activation of your subscription. You acknowledge and agree that due to the digital nature of the Service, you will lose your right of withdrawal and any right to a refund once the performance has begun. Consequently, all subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Fees are denominated in Euros (€).

6. Affiliate and MLM System PrimeTips.bet operates an affiliate and MLM (multi-level marketing) system, in which a 10% commission is paid on the payments of directly invited members, and commissions are also paid for members on the subsequent three levels as follows:

Example: John invites Georgia, who subscribes to the All-in package (€70). John receives a €7 (10%) commission from Georgia’s subscription, as Georgia is John’s direct referral.

For members under the direct referrals, the MLM system works as follows: Georgia invites Paul, who invites Mark, and Mark invites Maria. From Maria’s €70 subscription, the commission is distributed as follows:

• Mark (direct referrer, i.e., Level 0): €7 (10%)

• Paul (Level 1): €2.80 (40% of Mark’s commission)

• Georgia (Level 2): €1.40 (20% of Mark’s commission)

• John (Level 3): €0.35 (5% of Mark’s commission)

In the MLM system, the commission is always calculated based on the referrer’s direct commission.

7. Commission Eligibility and Verification Commissions are paid out automatically on a weekly basis, every Sunday. The conditions for commission payment are as follows:

• Maintaining an active subscription.

• Completing the declaration on the profile data sheet in the back office.

• For U.S. residents, filling out and uploading the W-8 form is required.

• For non-U.S. residents, providing a tax identification number is mandatory. The user is responsible for its accuracy. PrimeTips.bet does not verify this information.

• Joining the Telegram channel associated with the chosen package, which provides access to the sports betting tips.

PrimeTips.bet conducts random checks on the status of joining the Telegram channels. If a user leaves the respective Telegram channel, their eligibility for commission will be suspended. Commissions generated during the suspension period will not be credited retroactively; however, upon rejoining, the user will become eligible for future commissions again.

8. Account Deletion The user may request the complete deletion of their account in writing, which we will fulfill within a maximum of 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability PrimeTips.bet shall not be held liable for the outcomes of bets placed based on the tips received with the subscription, nor for their financial consequences. PrimeTips.bet does not provide gambling services, organize betting or lottery games, nor does it participate in financial transactions related to gambling.

10. Prohibited Activities The user must refrain from any unlawful or misleading activities that could jeopardize the reputation of PrimeTips.bet.

11. Intellectual Property All content on the website is the property of PrimeTips.bet. Its unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and will result in civil and criminal penalties.

12. Communication and Promotions Users agree to receive promotional messages via email or Telegram. Refusal to respond to communications may lead to the suspension of the partnership status.

13. Data Protection PrimeTips.bet respects the personal data of its users, and the processing of such data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

14. Final Provisions PrimeTips.bet reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Members will be notified of any amendments via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amendments. These GTC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida to resolve any legal matter arising from the GTC. By accepting these GTC, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all its points.
