To provide our service, we use external service providers (data processors) who process personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We only work with data processors who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of the GDPR and ensure the protection of the rights of the User.

Our main data processors are:

    • Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC, USA) – Provides the physical storage and secure operation of the Website and its database.

  • Payment Processor:

    • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (Luxembourg) – Processes secure online payments for European users. Your credit card data is handled directly by PayPal; we do not see or store it.

As the Service Provider is based in the United States and some of our data processors (e.g., Google, Mailchimp) are also US-based, the personal data of Users is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to the USA.

The lawfulness of the data transfer and the appropriate level of data protection are ensured by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which we have concluded with our data processing partners. This mechanism guarantees that your data receives a level of protection in the US that is equivalent to that required by the GDPR in Europe.
